Manual one-hand-operation triple convertible wedge-, deep access- ball bonding machine. The gantry style allows bonding large products; the purely vertical motion of the bond head allows equal-quality-bonding on all bond pad elevations.

PROGRAMMING: West Bond’s capabilities in programming allow for up to thirty devices per mode of operation, with each device having its separate buffer. Within each buffer, up to 21 stitch bonds can be configured, accompanied by individual control over ultrasonic power, time, force loop elevation data. Program values, action prompts fault diagnostics are presented on a 7” LCD Capacitive Touch Screen for easy monitoring and operation.

FEATURES: West Bond’s distinctive features enhance operational flexibility. The system boasts programmable force (15-120 grams), primary and secondary ball sizes, pure vertical Z, orthogonal X, Y, Z, an 8:1 micromanipulator, pneumatic braking of all axes during bonding programmable radiant tool heat.

GANTRY MODEL: Achieve unlimited deep reach access to remote bond targets on large packages with revolutionary throatless chassis and micromanipulator designs. All machine components, circuitry enclosures are strategically positioned above the horizontal bond plane, eliminating restrictions based on package size or shape.
