You may have your products wire bonded in Micronnect in-house laboratory. Simply provide us with the drawings, and we can handle everything from purchasing substrates, components, to necessary consumables wherever possible. We offer end-to-end service, from drawing to the final product. With expertise in delivering prototypes to relatively small series (up to 1,000 wires per day), we manage the ordering of components, cleaning, and the pick & place process in collaboration with an external independent contractor.

The end product can be pull- or shear tested (destructive or non-destructive) with reporting information on your request.
