Micronnect is official distributor for Coining high quality, precision metal stampings, such as: solder preforms, enclosure lids, heat spreaders, bridges.
Part size ranges from 100µm to 100mm, smallest thickness is 13µm.
A wide variety of metals and alloys is available: copper, aluminum, tin, lead, gold, silver, molybdenum, etc., and many alloys.
In addition, clad materials are offered, that is two, or more metals that are different laminated together, for example the aluminum clad copper, used for bond pads.
Metal stampings are differently packed; that is in: vials, bulk, wafflepack, tape on reel.
